Service Design in Healthcare: Five takeaways from the PULS conference in Oslo

On June 1st 2017 a group of people interested in healthcare got together to discuss user centred design and digital in healthcare.

The group shared concrete examples of real-world healthcare cases and practical knowledge on how to improve and innovate healthcare to meet the challenges we face in that sector.

Caroline Chaffin and Haydn D. T. Evans from Live|Work give us their 5 takeways from the day in this blog post.

“Seeing health and healthcare through patients’ eyes is crucial when developing new services. Adopting an outside-in approach has a proven record of increasing efficiency, and of course improving the patient’s experience of the healthcare services themselves.”
